On Friday we had our Halloween party for the residents. Emmy dressed up Morticia Adams and decorated chocolate apples with the residents (photos to follow in another post). Our Chef Morgan made a wonderful spread of home cooked food which included sausage rolls with red onion relish, wild mushroom tart with walnut pastry, monster eyes (boiled eggs), two red velvet cakes, and garlic bread. All the items he made were made from scratch in our kitchen. The residents really enjoyed all the decorations, activities and food.
