Meet the Team

Prashant

Owner


Prashant has owned Ambleside Care Home since 2008. He has been working in the care industry since 2006, and previously owned a nursing home in Canterbury. Ambleside is his main focus, and he continuously strives to make improvements to the home. With support from the wonderful team of carers and staff, Ambleside is now one of the standout independent care homes in the Bexhill-on-Sea area and is also one of the top rated homes on Carehome.co.uk for the area. In his spare time, Prashant enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Clare

Manager


Clare has been the manager at Ambleside since 2010. She has been dedicated to her role and has built up and leads a fantastic team of carers over the years. She has been a manager in the care setting since 1998. Clare holds a D32/D33/RMA/ BSc in Psychology (TBC) and NVQ 5 Leadership Management. In her spare time she enjoys fine dining and long walks with her dog Bear.

Lauren

Deputy Manager


Lauren started at Ambleside 12 years ago as an apprentice and has since worked her way up to become the Deputy Manager. The team, residents and families appreciate the hard work she puts in day in day out. Lauren has a NVQ2, NVQ3, Team Leading and NVQ 5. When not at work Lauren likes to organise, spend time with her family and friends and is currently awaiting the arrival of her first child.

Lucy

Senior Team


Lucy has been a valued member of the senior team at Ambleside for over 13 years. She holds an NVQ2, NVQ3 and Team Leading qualifications. Over the years she has supported our residents, staff and relatives in many different ways. Lucy is a devoted mother, enjoys West End Shows and loves making memories with her daughters.

Emmy

Care Co-Ordinator


Emmy Has been with Ambleside for 11 years. She has an NVQ2 and is currently completing her Level 5 Assistant Practitioner. She is always keen to further her qualifications and knowledge.

Emmy is also mother of two children and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also liked to relax by going shopping in her spare time. Emmy has also arranged some fantastic events for our residents and their families during her time at Ambleside.
