We had a great afternoon playing skittles. A lot of the residents took part in the game and everyone had a great time.

0 Happy 94th Birthday Daisy

A couple days ago we celebrated Daisy’s 94th Birthday. Yvonne made a special cake for Daisy which she brought in for her. Daisy and all the other residents really enjoyed the cake.

0 Model Building with the men at Ambleside Residential Care Home

Yvonne recently brought in some of her sons model building items. Frank, Michael and Bill took right to them. They each worked very hard and were very methodically with their creations. When Frank’s wife came to visit he was delighted to give her what he made.

A few days ago we played a Dolly Parton CD and the residents really enjoyed it. Frank and Ken especially loved the music – they immediately stood up and started dancing when the music started!
